"Bankruptcy is certainly not what one would describe as a “pleasant” event, but having a conscientious, experienced attorney can lessen the more unpleasant, and unexpected aspects of getting through it. I knew that Rob was asking questions and collecting the necessary materials and answering all the questions I had well in advance of the court date to appear before the Trustee. Once that date arrived, I was sitting in a courtroom where several other attorneys and clients were meeting prior to their Trustee meeting. I was amazed at the conversations I heard going on.
